About Us

OfficeWilliam Fullerton and Lawrence Ambrosio have, together, over 35 years of experience helping protect the rights of injured and disabled workers in Ohio. We are located in Columbus, Ohio and service the entire central Ohio area in the areas of workers' compensation, disability and Social Security. We represent our clients on a contingent fee basis and there is no charge for an initial consultation.

Fullerton Law Office originated with a firm established by Dwight Fullerton over 40 years ago. Since that time we have dedicated ourselves to the proposition that the injured and disabled of Ohio are entitled to a timely, truthful and forthright assessment of their cases as well as forceful and knowledgeable representation of their claims.

Our support staff has over 30 years of combined experience in moving claims through both the state funded and the self-insured claims systems. In addition to administrative and legal help, we can often provide you with the additional knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your claims.

We assist injured workers with all types of Ohio Workers' Compensation benefits including temporary total (TT), wage loss (WL), permanent partial disability (PP / PPD), amputation awards (PPA), permanent total disability (PTD), and death benefits for widows / widowers and dependent children. We also negotiate full and final settlements (LSS). Contact us today.
